Lightly grease the cast iron skillet with butter and press the cookie dough down into the skillet
Place the skillet into the center rack of the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The sides should be browned and the center will be a little raw and jiggly still. That's ok!!! DO NOT OVER COOK IT
Carefully remove the hot cast iron skillet from the oven and let it sit for 10 more minutes. The heat from the skillet will continue to cook the cookie.
