Chocolate Chip Cookie Delight
Chocolate chip cookie delight is a delicious dessert made with a layers of cookie dough, pudding, cool whip and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 33 Oz Chocolate Chip Cooke Dough
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 16 Oz Cool Whip (divided)
- 3 Cups Cold Milk
- 3.5 Oz Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding
- 3.5 Oz Instant White Chocolate Pudding
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Push the cookie dough down into a 9 x 13” greased baking dish and place it into the center rack of the oven for 25 minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla then fold in half of the cool whip and half of the chocolate chips.
- Smooth the mixture over the top of the cookie dough.
- In a large bowl, add both of the pudding boxes and milk. Whisk together until the pudding thickens. Then, spread the pudding over the top of the cream cheese and cool whip layer.
- Top with the rest of the cool whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Place in into the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours. Finally, serve cold and enjoy!
