Creamy Brussels Sprout Casserole
This cheesy and creamy brussels sprout casserole is the perfect side dish for any dinner or holiday meal.

- 3.5 cups Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- 1 tbs Italian seasoning
- 2 tbs Garlic powder
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1.5 c Gouda cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients but be sure to reserve about ½ cup of the shredded guoda cheese.
All the brussels sprout, cream and cheese mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Then top it with the remaining cheese and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly and enjoy.
