Creamy Brussels Sprout Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Brussels Sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1.5 Cup Gouda Cheese, hand shredded
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mozzarella, parmesan and gouda cheese. Be sure to reserve about ½ cup of the shredded guoda cheese.
  • Add the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Top it with the remaining cheese
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy.
