Crispy Oven Roasted Potatoes
These easy to make delicious crispy oven roasted potatoes are the perfect side to any meal

- 6 White Potatoes (Yukon are great)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
- Salt & Pepper to taste
preheat the oven (with the baking sheet you're going to use inside of it) to 400 degrees
Clean and cut the potatoes into about ½ inch pieces and add them to a medium sized bowl
Add the olive oil and all of the seasoning to the potatoes
Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated
Now carefully take out the preheated baking sheet and add the potatoes to it in a single layer
Place them in to the oven for about 10-15 minutes then remove the baking sheet from the oven and give the potatoes a good mix up using a spatula.
Place the potatoes back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the are all crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside
