Crispy oven roasted potatoes are made with the perfect blend of spices and seasoning, coated in olive oil and baked until they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
6Yukon Gold Potatoes, cleaned and cut into 1-2" pieces
¼CupOlive Oil
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonParsley, dried
1teaspoonThyme, dried
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
preheat the oven (with the baking sheet you're going to use inside of it) to 400 degrees
Add the cut potatoes into a medium sized bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Carefully remove the preheated baking dish from the oven. Add the potatoes and spread them out evenly on the baking sheet. Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Carefully take the potatoes out of the oven and mix them around in the baking sheet using a spatula. Place them back into the oven for another 15 minutes or until all the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
