Crockpot Boursin Vodka Chicken Pasta is an easy, creamy, and delicious dinner made with tender shredded chicken, rich vodka sauce, garlic and herb Boursin cheese, and bow tie pasta.
Lightly grease the inside of a crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken breasts. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Pour the jar of vodka sauce over the chicken, followed by the chicken broth. Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on LOW for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the crockpot, shred it using two forks, and return it to the sauce.
Add the Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and gently stir until everything is evenly coated in the creamy sauce. Serve warm with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
