Crockpot Pork Tenderloin is rubbed with olive oil, herbs and seasonings, then slow cooked in chicken broth and butter until juicy, tender and practically falling apart.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and rub it all over with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork
Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and place the seasoned pork down into to. Pour the chicken broth around the pork and place the butter pads on top of it.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (if using a large tenderloin and 4-5 hours if using two small ones) or until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Either slice and serve or shred the pork directly in the crockpot using two forks. Serve warm and enjoy!
