Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pounds Pork Tenderloin (1 large or 2 small)
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 4 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth

Instructions
 

  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and rub it all over with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork
  • Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and place the seasoned pork down into to. Pour the chicken broth around the pork and place the butter pads on top of it.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (if using a large tenderloin and 4-5 hours if using two small ones) or until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Either slice and serve or shred the pork directly in the crockpot using two forks. Serve warm and enjoy!
