If you need an easy dinner that’s super comforting without requiring a ton of work, this Crockpot Pork Tenderloin is the one for you. The pork slowly cooks in a simple mixture of broth, butter, herbs, and spices until it’s tender and packed with flavor. It’s one of those dump and go meals that are impossible to screw up.
The best part of this meal is how versatile it is. You can slice it and serve it as is with potatoes or vegetables, or shred it right in the crockpot for sandwiches, rice bowls, or tacos. Since pork tenderloin is naturally lean, the butter and broth help keep everything moist and flavorful while the slow cooker does all the work.

Yes, but pork loin is a larger and thicker cut, so it usually needs more cooking time.
Should I Sear The Pork First?
You can, but you don’t have to. Searing adds extra flavor, but this recipe is designed to stay simple and easy.
What Should I Serve This With?
This would be great with sour cream mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, rice, egg noodles, mac and cheese, green beans or asparagus.
How Do I Keep It From Drying Out In The Crockpot?
Using broth, butter, and cooking on LOW helps keep the pork moist. A meat thermometer also prevents overcooking.
Storage
