Easy Peanut Noodles
These easy peanut noodles are made with warm rice noodles tossed in a delicious sauce made of peanut butter, soy sauce and just a few other simple ingredients.

- 16 oz package Rice Noodles or Pad Thai Noodles
- 1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced or grated
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Sesame Oil
- 1 tbs Sriracha (add more if you want more heat)
- 2 tbs Lemon Juice
- 1.4 cuo Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Water
- Green Onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)
First, place the rice noodles into boiling water for the amount of time suggested on the package. This will be about 6 minutes.
While the noodles are boiling, add the peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and the brown sugar to a large bowl.
Now add in the water and whisk everything together until it’s evenly combined. (Add more water for a thinner consistency if you’d like).
Then once the noodle are done, strain them and add them to the peanut sauce.
Next, gently toss the noodles into the peanut sauce until they’re evenly coated.
Finally, add them to individual serving bowls and top with the sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
