Easy Peanut Noodles

These easy peanut noodles are made with warm rice noodles tossed in a delicious sauce made of peanut butter, soy sauce and just a few other simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz package Rice Noodles or Pad Thai Noodles
  • 1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced or grated
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbs Sriracha (add more if you want more heat)
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1.4 cuo Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • Green Onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • First, place the rice noodles into boiling water for the amount of time suggested on the package. This will be about 6 minutes.
  • While the noodles are boiling, add the peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and the brown sugar to a large bowl.
  • Now add in the water and whisk everything together until it’s evenly combined. (Add more water for a thinner consistency if you’d like).
  • Then once the noodle are done, strain them and add them to the peanut sauce.
  • Next, gently toss the noodles into the peanut sauce until they’re evenly coated.
  • Finally, add them to individual serving bowls and top with the sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
