Garden Vegetable Dip
Garden vegetable dip is a creamy, crowd pleasing appetizer made with lots of freshly chopped vegetables, ranch seasoning, cream cheese and sour cream.

- 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Oz Ranch Seasoning
- 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper, diced small
- 1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper, diced small
- 1 Head Broccoli Florets, diced small
- 1 Medium Cucumber, deseeded and diced small
- 1 Cup Carrots, shredded
- 2 Stems Green Onions, sliced thin
- Sturdy Crackers For Dipping
In a large bowl, stir the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning together.
Add all of the chopped vegetables (reserving about ¼–½ a cup as a topping for later) and stir the vegetables in until they are evenly combined with the sour cream and cream cheese mixture.
Smooth the dip out into a serving dish and garnish with the remaining vegetables.
Finally, serve with sturdy crackers and enjoy!
