How To Make It
Heres how to make this amazing appetizer. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions instructions on the recipe card below.
- First, in a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined. Add all of the chopped vegetables reserving about ¼–½ a cup for the topping.

- Stir the vegetables in until they are evenly combined with the sour cream and cream cheese mixture. Smooth the dip out into a serving dish and garnish with the remaining vegetables. Serve with sturdy crackers and enjoy!

Pro Tips
- Dice all of the vegetables very small so every bite gets a little bit of everything.
- Let the cream cheese soften completely before mixing to avoid lumps.
- Chill the dip for at least an hour— overnight is even better.
- Pat the cucumber dry after dicing if it seems especially watery.
Variations
- Stir in cooked, crumbled bacon for a smoky twist.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese for even more flavor.
- Substitute plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream if you'd like a lighter version.
- Add diced celery, cauliflower, or radishes for extra crunch.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the top before serving
What To Serve This With
This dip is delicious with buttery crackers, pita chips, pretzels, toasted baguette slices, or tortilla chips. If you're keeping things lighter, serve it alongside carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, or mini sweet peppers. It also makes a great spread for wraps and sandwiches.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Give the dip a quick stir before serving again since a little moisture from the vegetables may settle as it sits. This dip is not recommended for freezing because the dairy can separate once thawed.
