This delicious green olive dip is made using chopped green olives mixed into mayonnaise, cream cheese and just a few other simple ingredients for a truly unique appetizer.
5.75Oz JarSpanish Olives, chopped into small pieces (save 1 tbs for garnish)(I used Cento Spanish Stuffed Manzanilla Olives)
2TbsOlive Brine (from the jar of olives)
8OzCream Cheese, softened
½CupMayonnaise
1TbsWorcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1TbsOnion Powder
1TbsGarlic Powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Place it in a serving dish and garnish with more chopped olives (optional). Plave it in the fridge to chill for one hour. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
