This green olive dip is the must try appetizer you need to bring to your next party. I was looking for someone a little different to bring to Easter this year and came across this recipe. My whole family loves olives so I was sure this would be a hit. Boy, was I right!
Everyone loved the salty, rich flavors of the olives combined with the seasoned cream cheese spread. Myself included. This appetizer couldn’t be easier to put together, too. The ingredients are simple and the recipe is totally hassle free. Make this for your next get together and it’s sure to be the star of the show.

- Spanish Olives- The star of the show! Adds saltiness, texture and a firm bite.
- Olive Brine (from the jar)- Adds depth and saltiness while loosening the dip.
- Cream Cheese- The creamy base of the dip.
- Mayonnaise- Adds a creamy texture while loosening the dip.
- Worcestershire Sauce- The secret flavor booster
- Salt & Pepper- Enhances the flavors of all the other ingredients
- Onion Powder - Adds a slightly sweet flavor
- Garlic Powder- Rounds out the dip and brings everything together.
How To Make It

First, in a large bowl, add the olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
PRO TIP: Let the cream cheese soften before adding it to the dip so it blends easier and smoother.

Then, place it in a serving dish and garnish with more chopped olives (optional). Chill in the fridge for one hour. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
PRO TIP: Letting it set in the fridge for at least one hour will give the best texture and results.

What Can I Serve This With?
This dip goes great with bagel chips, pretzel chips or any kind of cracker.
Can I Make This Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you can absolutely make this ahead. Its actually even better if its left in the fridge for the flavors to blend for a few hours.
What Olives Are Best To Use?
Any variety of green pimento stuffed olives would be great for this recipe.
Storage
Place the dip into a food safe air tight container and it will last in the fridge for up to three days.

Green Olive Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 5.75 Oz Jar Spanish Olives, chopped into small pieces (save 1 tbs for garnish) (I used Cento Spanish Stuffed Manzanilla Olives)
- 2 Tbs Olive Brine (from the jar of olives)
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
- Place it in a serving dish and garnish with more chopped olives (optional). Plave it in the fridge to chill for one hour. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
