Preheat the oven to 350°
Slice the Hawaiian rolls down the center horizontally and remove the top. Place the bottom of the rolls down onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Add half of the mayonnaise and yellow mustard and spread it out evenly.
Add the sliced ham down on top of the mayonnaise and mustard.
Add the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham.
Add a little more mayonnaise and yellow mustard and spread it evenly on top of the Swiss cheese.
Place the top of the Hawaiian rolls on top.
Stir together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce and it over the top of the rolls and using a pastry brush, spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the top evenly with the poppy seeds.
Place it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Keep an eye on it because they tent to burn fast.
Let them cool slightly and slice them into their individual sandwiches. Serve warm and enjoy!
