Preheat the oven to 400°
Season all sides of the salmon filets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and ½ teaspoon of paprika.
Line a small baking dish with thinly sliced rounds of fresh lemon. (This should take around 2 lemons)
In a small bowl, add the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic and fresh parsley. Lightly season it with salt, pepper and ½ teaspoon paprika and stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Evenly distribute the honey mustard glaze on top of each salmon filet.
Place the salmon in the center rack of the oven for 10-13 minutes. Then, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes. Finally, serve warm and enjoy!
