Honey Mustard Salmon

Honey mustard salmon is an easy to make dinner that combines seasoned salmon that’s been perfectly cooked with a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Salmon Filets
  • 3 Large Lemons (two for lining the baking dish and one for juicing)
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbs Honey
  • 4 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Season all sides of the salmon filets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and ½ teaspoon of paprika.
  • Line a small baking dish with thinly sliced rounds of fresh lemon. (This should take around 2 lemons)
  • In a small bowl, add the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic and fresh parsley. Lightly season it with salt, pepper and ½ teaspoon paprika and stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Evenly distribute the honey mustard glaze on top of each salmon filet.
  • Place the salmon in the center rack of the oven for 10-13 minutes. Then, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes. Finally, serve warm and enjoy!
