Jalapeno Popper Dip
This easy to make jalapeno popper dip is made with cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon bits, a blend of cheeses and just a few other simple ingredients for the ultimate crowd pleasing appetizer.

- 1 8 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 medium Jalapenos, chopped I like to freeze and grate them, too
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, hand shredded (save a little for the top)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, hand shredded (save a little for the top)
- 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled (save a little for the top)
- 1 4 oz can Green chilis
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs Garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
First, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapenos, both of the shredded cheeses and crumbled bacon to a medium sized bowl.
Now, season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Next, add the mixture to a baking dish or a cast iron skillet and smooth it out until it’s flat and even.
Now, add a little more of the cheeses, crumbled bacon and green chilis to the top.
Next, place it in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
Finally, let it cool slightly and serve with Fritos scoops of the chip of your choice. Enjoy!
