Muffin TIn Banana Cream Pies
These adorable mini banana cream pies are made individually using a muffin tin.
Equipment
- muffin tin
- cupcake liners, thick
Ingredients
- 1 box banana cream pie pudding
- 2 cups Milk you may want to use 1 ¾ cup of milk if you'd like it thicker. See the above note.
- 12 Golden Oreos
- 1 Banana
- Whipped Cream
- 12 Mini Nilla wafers
Instructions
- Line the muffin tin with the cupcake liners
- Add a Golden Oreo into each one
- Slice the banana into ¼ inch pieces and add one on top of each Oreo.
- Make the pudding as directed on the package
- Scoop the pudding into each cupcake liner on top of the Oreo and banana. fill it all the way to the top
- Put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Add the whipped cream and Nilla wafer to the top and serve chilled
