Equipment

  • 9" x 13" baking dish

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Box Savory Herbs Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the Stove Top stuffing mix and chicken broth until everything is evenly moistened. Let the stuffing sit for about 5 minutes, then fluff it gently with a fork.
  • Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Place the seasoned pork chops into a lightly greased 9 x 13” baking dish.
  • Spoon the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the top of the pork chops. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the cream of mushroom soup.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for about 10 minutes, or until the stuffing is lightly golden and the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the casserole from the oven and let the pork chops rest for at least 3 minutes before serving.
