Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken Recipe
Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken takes chicken tenderloins, ranch dressing and crushed crackers and turns them into a delicious dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken Tenderloins
- ½ Cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed into small bread crumb like pieces)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In two separate bowls, add the crushed crackers and the ranch
- Season the tenderloins with salt and pepper on both sides
- Dip the chicken into the ranch and completely coat it. Then roll it around into the crushed crackers until they are covering the chicken completely.
- Add the beaded chicken to a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30. minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
