Ranch Ritz cracker chicken may be the craziest food combo that just makes sense that I’ve ever posted. I mean, I love Ritz Cracker and I love Ranch dressing so why not combine the two? The ranch acts as the perfect binder to hold the cracker “bread crumbs” onto the chicken. These two ingredients together create a incredibly delicious experience.
The rich flavors from the ranch and the saltiness from the crackers are chefs kiss. My whole family and my kids especially loved this dinner. This recipe is only 3 ingredients and so easy to make. It’s perfect for a quick and easy dinner or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
Heres everything you'll need to make this delicious dinner. You can find the full ingredients along with measurements and instructions on the recipe card below.
- Chicken Tenderloins- A moist and flavorful protein.
- Ritz Crackers- Adds a salty exterior crunch.
- Ranch Dressing- Adds a slightly tangy flavor and acts as a binder for the crackers.
- Salt and Pepper- Enhances the flavor of the chicken.
How To Make It
Heres how to make this delicious chicken. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, crush up the ritz crackers in a food processor and add them to a shallow bowl. In another bowl, add the ranch dressing. Evenly season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper and dip them into the ranch dressing until evenly coated. Roll the chicken to the crushed crackers until they’re evenly coated.
PRO TIP: If you don't have a food processor, add the crackers to a large ziplock bag and gently crush them with a rolling pin.

Then, add the chicken to a wire rack over a baking sheet. Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 25- 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°. Serve warm and enjoy!
PRO TIP: The wire rack allows the heat to evenly circulate and cook the chicken tenders evenly.

Can This Be Made In The Air Fryer?
Yes this recipe can absolutely work in the air fryer. Just make it according to the instructions and instead of baking them in the oven, pop it into a preheated 400° air fryer and cook the check tenders for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through.

When you coat the chicken with ritz crackers they won’t fall off will they? Also I was wondering about ritz crackers on chicken (or pork chops)when I stumble on this recipe after buying a large box of ritz crackers from Kroger and wanted to know if you add Parmesan cheese will it hold it better?
