Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli
This roasted garlic parmesan broccoli is just the right blend of seasonings and freshly grated parmesan cheese on top of perfectly roasted broccoli florettes.

- 2 Heads Broccoli, cleaned, dried and cut into florets
- 4 tbs Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbs Garlic Powder
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese add more if you'd like to!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Add the broccoli to a large bowl, add the olive oil and season it with, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Mix everything together until it's evenly combined.
Add the broccoli to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and make sure they are in a single layer.
Bake the broccoli for about 20 minutes or until the florets are cooked all the way through and just a little charred.
Squeeze the lemon juice on top of the broccoli and add the parmesan cheeese.
Toss it all together and serve warm. Enjoy!
