Sausage, Egg And Cheese Hash Brown Casserole

Sausage. Egg and cheese hash brown casserole is a delicious, easy to make breakfast that the whole family is sure to love.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 Oz Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 Pound Pork Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • Bacon Bits & Dried Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Make the shredded hash browns according to the directions on the package and push them onto the bottom of a greased 9 x 13” baking dish. Lightly season them with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the eggs, cooked sausage, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and whisk to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the hash browns and spread it out so that it’s flat and even.
  • Cover with foil and place it into the center rack of the oven for 40 minutes.
  • Now, sprinkle the top of the casserole with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits and dried parsley (optional). Pop it back into the oven (uncovered) or another 10 minutes.
  • Finally, serve warm and enjoy!
