Sausage Gravy And Biscuits Recipe
This sausage gravy and biscuits is a hearty family favorite breakfast using buttery canned biscuits smothered in a flavorful pork sausage gravy.

- 1 Can Premade Biscuits
- 1 Pound Pork Breakfast Sausage
- ½ Stick Butter
- ⅓ Cup Flour
- 2.5 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Make the biscuits according to the directions on the back of the package and set them aside when done.
In a large skillet, brown the sausage and break it into small pieces over medium high heat as it cooks.
Stir in the butter until it melts and add the flour. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly stir in the milk and then turn the heat down to low.
Generously season with salt and pepper and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Split open the biscuits and spoon the sausage gravy on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
