Unroll the crescent rolls sheet and place in on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake it according the directions on the back of the packaging but only for about 10 minutes or just until the crust begins go brown.
In a medium sized bowl, add the eggs and whisk them together.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat and add the eggs. Lower the heat to medium low, season with salt and pepper and using a spatula, scramble the eggs until they are cooked all the way through.
Add half of the shredded cheese evenly onto the crust and top with the scrambled eggs, sausage, and the rest of the cheese.
Sprinkle the top with the everything but the bagel seasoning and place it into the center rack of the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Let it cool slightly before cutting it into squares and serving. Enjoy!
