Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Pillsbury Crescent Sheet
  • 1 Pound Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 6-7 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded and divided
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Unroll the crescent rolls sheet and place in on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake it according the directions on the back of the packaging but only for about 10 minutes or just until the crust begins go brown.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the eggs and whisk them together.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat and add the eggs. Lower the heat to medium low, season with salt and pepper and using a spatula, scramble the eggs until they are cooked all the way through.
  • Add half of the shredded cheese evenly onto the crust and top with the scrambled eggs, sausage, and the rest of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the top with the everything but the bagel seasoning and place it into the center rack of the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool slightly before cutting it into squares and serving. Enjoy!
