First, make the ground beef according to the directions of the taco seasoning packet. We are using two packets for one pound of beef for extra falvor so be sure to use them both.
Now add the salsa and stir it into the beef over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Then sprinkle the cheese on top of the seasoned beef and salsa and turn the heat down to medium low.
Next, add the top onto the skillet and let the cheese melt for about 3 minutes. Once you see that its melted, remove the lid.
Finally arrange the tortillas down on a serving platter in a single layer and carefully pour over the beef and cheese. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
