Make the ground beef according to the directions of the taco seasoning packet. Keep in mind to use 2 ounces of seasoning instead of 1 for extra flavor.
Add the salsa and stir it into the beef over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the seasoned beef and salsa and turn the heat down to low.
Add the top onto the skillet and let the cheese melt for about 3 minutes. Once you see that its melted, remove the lid.
Arrange the tortillas down on a serving platter in a single layer and carefully pour over the beef and cheese. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
