Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the Texas toast slices down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and cook it for 2 minutes under the recommended time on the package.
Add 2 Tbs of sauce to the top of the toast. Followed by the shredded cheese and pepperoni (optional).
Place it back into the center rack of the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy.
