The Best Marinated Tomatoes
Balsamic vinegar, honey, basil and only a few other ingredients come together to give you the best marinated tomatoes you’ll ever have.

- 3-4 medium Tomatoes
- ¼ c Balsamic VInegar
- 2 tbs Honey
- 2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbs Garlic, chopped
- ½ c Olive Oil
- 3 tbs Basil, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ small Red Onion, sliced (optional)
First clean and dry the tomatoes. Then carefully remove the stem area from them and slice them into wedges.Set the sliced tomatoes aside.
Now mix all the other ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Then add the tomatoes to the marinade and toss everything together.
Cover the tomatoes and place them in the fridge for 24 hours.
Finally take the tomatoes out of the marinade, sprinkle them with a little extra salt and add sliced onion if youd like to.Enjoy!
