Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl, add the white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs and water. Using a hand mixer, beat the cake mix together for about 2 minutes.
Place the cake batter in a 9 x 13” baking dish and smooth it out until it’s flat and even. Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Once the cake is done, using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes into the cake around 1 inch apart.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sweet condensed milk and cold brew coffee. Pour the mixture over the cake evenly and let it seep into the holes.
Place it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a medium sized bowl, whip the Mascarpone Cheese for about 3 minutes or until it starts to fluff up. Then, mix in the vanilla frosting.
Add the frosting to the cake and spread it out evenly. Add the chocolate bar shavings to the top and serve cold. Enjoy!
