Tiramisu Poke Cake

Tiramisu poke cake is a no fuss recipe with all the delicious flavors of the tradition Italian dessert that requires much less work.

Ingredients
  

  • 14.5 ounce White Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
  • 14 ounce Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 12 ounce Vanilla Frosting
  • 8 ounce Mascarpone Cheese
  • Chocolate Bar Shavings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl, add the white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs and water. Using a hand mixer, beat the cake mix together for about 2 minutes.
  • Place the cake batter in a 9 x 13” baking dish and smooth it out until it’s flat and even. Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Once the cake is done, using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes into the cake around 1 inch apart.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sweet condensed milk and cold brew coffee. Pour the mixture over the cake evenly and let it seep into the holes.
  • Place it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • In a medium sized bowl, whip the Mascarpone Cheese for about 3 minutes or until it starts to fluff up. Then, mix in the vanilla frosting.
  • Add the frosting to the cake and spread it out evenly. Add the chocolate bar shavings to the top and serve cold. Enjoy!
