Tomato Bruscetta

This easy to make tomato bruschetta is made with chopped tomatoes marinated in fresh garlic, Italian seasoning and just a few other simple ingredients served on toasted bread for the perfect crowd pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Roma Tomatoes (or tomatoes of your choice)
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 6-8 leaves Fresh Basil, shredded
  • Bagel Chips or Sliced Italian Bread

Instructions
 

  • First, clean the tomatoes and core them. Drain any extra juice and dice them into small pieces.
  • Now place them in a medium sized bowl and add the chopped garlic, oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings and shredded basil.
  • Next, gently mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Now cover the tomatoes and place them into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Finally, give everything one more big mix and serve them with sliced Italian bread or bagel chips. Enjoy!
