Turkey Club Pinwheels are made with turkey, lettuce, cheese, roasted red peppers and a creamy bacon ranch spread all rolled up in a tortilla and sliced into the perfect bite.
Add the whipped cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese and diced roasted red peppers to a medium bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
Lay one tortilla down onto a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add 3–4 slices of turkey on top and place one piece of lettuce over the turkey.
Roll the tortilla up tightly. Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Chill for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into pinwheels. Serve and enjoy!
