Garlic parmesan fries are made using a bag of frozen french fries, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese and just a few other simple ingredients for an easy and flavorful side dish.
Garlic Parmesan Fries
You are going to absolutely love these garlic parmesan fries. They are loaded with flavor and super easy to make, too.
I love making these fries for BBQ's and dinners at home because they go perfectly with so many things. Especially burgers, hot dogs and anything coming off a hot grill.

This simple side dish is also a favorite of ours for movie nights and game days. Usually served with a variety of dipping sauces so my guests can experiment with some fun different flavors.
Using frozen fries for this recipe is a huge time saver, too. Which makes this side dish a go to recipe of mine for busy weekday dinners.

My only complaint is that whenever I make these fries, my family usually goes right for them ignoring the meal they're being served with. I have to remind them to not fill up on these because theres other food to eat, too.
I really cant blame them, though. These fries couldn't be more delicious and are kinda hard to stop eating once you stop. My family would eat these with every meal if I let them, I know it.

I hop you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know that you'll love it just as much as my family and I do.

I love this recipe as it is but here are some ways to change it up if you'd like to.

- Fries- Use any kid of fries that you'd like for this recipe fresh, or frozen. Sweet Potato fries even work for this one so choose your favorite.
- Oil- Add and kind of truffle oil instead of regular olive oil to add more flavor to the fries.
- Spice- If you'd like to add some heat to this dish, season the fries with a little cayenne pepper and hot pepper flakes for a little kick.
- Cooking- Make the fries however you'd like. They're great air fried or baked, too. Its completely up to you.

Garlic Parmesan Fries ingredients list

- Frozen fries
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper and garic powder
Instructions
First, make the fries according to the directions on the package.

I chose to bake mine, so I placed them in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Then baked them in a 400° oven for about 15-20 min. Just until they were golden brown.

Now keep them on the baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Truffle oil would be amazing here too if you have it.

Next, season the fries with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Then add the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese and minced garlic.

Toss everything together on the baking sheet.

Finally, transfer them to a serving dish and serve with Boom Boom Sauce or any dipping sauce of your choice.

What difference does it make to add the extra ingredients prior to baking? I was hoping to make a fry with a crispy cheese, but am not wanting to ruin anything. Thank you, this looks delicious and simple to make.

You can add the cheese prior. I think that would be just fine
