GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES

Garlic parmesan fries are made using Frozen french fries cooked until crispy and tossed in fresh garlic, parmesan cheese and flavorful seasoning.

You are going to absolutely love these garlic parmesan fries. They are loaded with flavor and super easy to make, too. Using frozen fries for this recipe is a huge time saver. Which makes this side dish a go to recipe of mine for busy weekday dinners.

This is one of those side dishes that can go with practically anything but are fantastic served on their own, too. Its a really nice way to jazz up a bag of frozen fries and turn them into something special.

  • Frozen Fries
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

How To Make It

Heres how to make this incredible fries. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.

First, make the fries according to the directions on the package. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then add the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese and minced garlic.

NOTE: I cooked my fries in the oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. The air fryer works great here, too.

Finally, toss everything together, serve and enjoy!

What French Fries Should I Use?

Use any kid of fries that you'd like for this recipe like waffle, shoe string, steak fries or whatever your favorites are. Sweet Potato fries work great here, too.

What Should I Serve These With?

I love making these fries because they go perfectly with so many things. Try them with burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, chicken and just about anything you can think of.

Storage

Let the fries cool completely and place them into a food safe, air tight container. They will last in the fridge for up to three days.

  • 26 Oz Bag Frozen French Fries
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • First, make the fries according to the directions on the back on the package.
  • Drizzle the fries with olive oil and season them with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add the fresh parsley, minced garlic and parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the fries are evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!

    You can add the cheese prior. I think that would be just fine

    What difference does it make to add the extra ingredients prior to baking? I was hoping to make a fry with a crispy cheese, but am not wanting to ruin anything. Thank you, this looks delicious and simple to make.
