This sheet pan shrimp boil is such a fun and easy dinner idea.

It’s a spin on a southern specialty that you can enjoy from anywhere.
This is perfect to throw together as an easy busy weekday dinner for the family. Especially in the warm summer months when fresh corn on the cob is in season.
I like to serve this right on the baking sheet that it’s cooked on with a few serving spoons along the sides.

That way, everyone can kind of just pick whatever things they want to eat and serve themselves.
In my opinion, serving it this way brings a little fun and excitement to our regular dinner routine.

Not to mention it’s loaded with flavor and absolutely delicious!

Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil Variations
I like this recipe as it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Potatoes- any kind of baby potatoes will work for this recipe.
- Shrimp- frozen shrimp are ok to use in this recipe if you’d prefer. Just be sure to thaw them and pat them dry before using them.
- Seasoning- feel free to add some Cajun seasoning or any additional seasonings that you’d like to this recipe.
- Add Ins- It’s ok to add extra vegetables if you’d like. It all works so use your favorite.

Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil Ingredients

- Large shrimp with tails on- cleaned and deveined
- Smoked sausage, cut into ¼ inch thick slices
- Baby yellow potatoes- cleaned and cut in half
- Garlic cloves, chopped
- Lemon juice
- Corn on the cob- cut into 3 pieces
- Butter- melted
- Oil
- Old bay, salt, pepper & garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°
First, boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.

Then, add the corn into the pot with the potatoes and continue to boil for another 5 minutes.

Now, drain the corn and potatoes from the water and place them in a large bowl.

Next, add some oil, melted butter, Old Bay, salt, pepper and garlic powder and give everything a nice mix until the potatoes and corn are evenly coated. Spread them over a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Now, to the same bowl that the potatoes and corn were in, add the shrimp, sausage, parsley, fresh garlic and lemon juice.

Next, add more melted butter, oil, Old Bay, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly coated.

Then, add the shrimp and sausage to the baking sheet, too.

Now, gently mix everything together onto the baking sheet so that it’s in an even layer. Overlapping is fine and absolutely expected so it’s doesn’t have to be in a single layer.

Next, place the baking sheet into the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked all the way through.

Finally, serve warm and enjoy!

- 12 ounce Smoked Sausage, cut into ¼th-½ inch rounds
- 1 pound Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes, cut in half
- 3 Ears Corn on the Cob- cut into 3 pieces each
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 large Lemon, Juiced
- ¼ cup Old Bay Seasoning, divided
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbs Garlic powder, divided
- Olive oIl (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°

- Now, gently mix everything together onto the baking sheet so that it’s in an even layer. Overlapping is fine and absolutely expected so it’s doesn’t have to be in a single layer.
- Next, place the baking sheet into the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked all the way through.
- Finally, serve warm and enjoy!
