Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole Variations
I like this recipe as it is, but here are some ways to switch it up if you’d like to.

- Meat- Ground chicken or turkey would work here instead of ground beef.
- Tomato Sauce- Use any jarred or homemade to my sauce that you’d like for this one. I’d you need a recipe, try my SIMPLE TOMATO SAUCE.
- Alfredo Sauce- Use my HOMEMADE ALFREDO SAUCE or your own recipe if you’d like. Jarred Alfredo sauces are hard to get right in my opinion but Raoes has a really good one.

- Pasta- Any pasta would work here if you’d rather not use spaghetti.
- Spices- Add any seasoning a that you’d like. Hot pepper flakes can be added to the tomato sauce if you’d like some additional heat.
- Vegetables- In addition to the sautéed onion and bell pepper, chopped carrots, celery or even mushrooms can be added, too.
- Cheese- Grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella are my preferred cheeses but use whatever you’d like. Just make sure whatever cheese you choose for the topping you shred yourself. It will melt way better that way.

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole Ingredients

- Ground Beef
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic, chopped
- Bell Pepper, chopped
- Tomato Sauce
- Alfredo Sauce
- Spaghetti
- Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
- Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, add the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper to a large skillet.

Now, brown the ground beef and vegetables together, breaking the beef into small pieces as it cooks and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Next, drain any excess fat and stir in the tomato sauce.

Then, let that simmer for about 5-10 minutes.

Now, toss the cooked spaghetti into the Alfredo sauce. Try to add a little more sauce than you normally would so the pasta doesn’t dry out while baking.

Next, add the spaghetti Alfredo into a 9” x 13” baking dish and smooth it out so it’s flat and even.

Then, spoon the tomato sauce and beef mixture to the top and spread that out so it’s even as well.

Now, top the beef mixture with some Parmesan cheese and hand shredded mozzarella cheese.

Finally, bake it, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly. Let it cool slightly and enjoy!
