Fried Honey BBQ Wings
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
These fried honey BBQ wings are exactly the appetizer you need in your life. They’re incredibly flavorful and delicious.

They’re so crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Sometimes we eat these plain without even tossing them in the sauce because they’re already so flavorful and delicious.
But adding that sweet honey BBQ sauce sure does take them to the next level. I’ve made these for so many family get togethers, parties, and game days that I’ve lost count.

Everyone absolutely loves them every time they’re served, no matter the occasion. I always get so many compliments on them.
It’s so great to have some crowd pleasing appetizers in your recipe collection, and this one is a wonderful addition.

Just be sure to serve these with some extra napkins. These wings are messy to eat, but they’re so worth it. Trust me!

The first time I made these for my family, they told me it was their favorite chicken wing recipe I’ve made to date.
I hope you give this one a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and friends.

Fried Honey BBQ Wings Variations
I love this recipe for chicken wings made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- you can make this recipe with almost any cut of chicken but it’s really great with chicken tenders. Just be sure to adjust cooking times and make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Seasoning- add any additional seasons to the chicken and flour that you’d like to.
- Sauce- these wings don’t need any additional sauce but if you’re a ranch or blue cheese fan, some extra sauce is never a bad idea.
