Hot spinach and artichoke dip is the ultimate crowdpleasing recipe. It always a hit for any and every occasion.

We’ve served this appetizer for everything from important holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas to football games and casual hangout outs at home.
No matter what we bring it to, it’s always one of the first appetizers to go.

I love to make, too, it because the ingredients are simple and it’s super easy to put together.
This dip is so creamy, cheesy and loaded with spinach and artichokes. The little hint of garlic really makes this recipe pop, also.

It’s really no wonder why people can’t get enough of it. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
This is the dip to make if you’re hosting a party or need to bring something to an event that’s sure to be eaten up in no time.

It’s just the right consistency to be eaten with almost any cracker or spread over a sliced baguette. ?
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip Variations
I like this dip recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to switch it up if you’d like to.

- Artichokes- Both canned or frozen (and thawed) artichokes would work for this recipe. Just make sure they’re drained very well and rough chopped.
- Cheese- Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack, Munster, Swiss or Gruyere would all be ok to substitute here. Just be sure to shred the cheese yourself. It will melt much better that way.
- Spice- If you’d prefer a little heat, add some hot pepper flakes or use pepper jack cheese.
- Dipping- use any kind of sturdy cracker that you’d like. Wheat thins, bagel chips or pita chips are all great choices. Feel free to go to the low-carb route too and serve this with some chopped carrots or celery.
