Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
Chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are my families new favorite thing to eat.

Right across state lines, there’s an amazing pizza place called The Mountain House in Sparkill, NY that my kids absolutely love. They have the best chicken bacon ranch pizza there that we order about once a week.
I was thinking about trying to make my own at home before coming to the realization that my version would never be as good as their favorite restaurants.

So, I started thinking of ways that I could incorporate the flavors they love into something different and came up with this.
Talk about a smash hit! This totally hit the spot and my family couldn’t get enough of it.

They didn’t even ask for their pizza that week and I couldn’t believe it!
There’s just someone about the flavors of the chicken, bacon and ranch that go together so beautifully.

This is definitely not a traditional quesadilla filling but it sure does work! Now, I’ll be making this all the time as per my kids request.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas Variations
I like this recipe for chicken quesadillas made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- Instead of shredded rotisserie chicken, you can cook your own or use any leftover chicken that you already have.
- Tortillas- Corn or flour tortillas as both ok to use. Also, use any size that you’d like to.
- Bacon- I used bacon bits here because I had them at my house. But this recipe is wonderful with some baked and crumbled bacon, too.
- Air Fryer- These an be air fried at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on the size,
