Chicken cordon bleu casserole is going to be a huge treat for anyone who’s a fan of the classic dish.

I can’t even tell you how big of a hit this was with my friends and family. The entire casserole was completely eaten up in no time.
We have a big family and I’m always looking for super delicious and easy to make meals that everyone will love. This one sure was a winner.

The classic chicken cordon bleu was a family favorite of ours for years. My brother in law Chris especially loved it.
But as delicious as it is, it got hard and tedious to make after I became a Mom and my responsibilities in life just kept growing and growing.

This recipe was a God send! It has all of the delicious flavors as the classic dinner with way less of a hassle to make.
Turning this into a casserole was just genius. I truly think that I actually enjoy this more than the original dish.

After my families rave reviews, I think they might even like it more, too.
I hope you give this one a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Variations
I like this casserole recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- Any kind of cooked and cubed chicken would be ok to use here.
- Pasta- Use whatever kind of pasta that you’d like for this recipe.
- Ham- Any kind of cooked ham would be ok to use. Holiday leftovers or sliced ham from the deli would all work.
- Cheese- Use Swiss and either Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese. Just be sure to shred the cheese yourself. It will melt much better that way.
