Beach club wraps are the lunch that’s guaranteed to be made over and over again this summer.

Everyone loves a good club sandwich and this little play on them is truly no exception.
They’re refreshing and filling without being too heavy. The perfect combination to enjoy under the sun.

So, keep these in mind for your next pool or beach day. Maybe pack them up with some Hawaiian Macaroni Salad while you’re at it. Yum!
The scallion cream cheese here adds lots of flavor plus it acts like a binder to keep these sandwiches sealed.

I personally love how the lettuce and tomato give it a fresh little crunch that really hits the spot on a hot day.

Beach Club Wraps Variations
I like these sandwich wraps made just the way they are, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Cream Cheese- Use any kind of flavored or plain cream cheese that you’d like. Jalapeno would be a great choice if you enjoy a little kick.
- Tortilla- I used a plain tortilla here but whole wheat or low carb would be great options. Spinach or sun dried tomato wraps are great choices, too.

- Deli Meat- Any kind of turkey deli meat would be great to use like oven roasted, smoked, honey, maple, pepper or any other kinds you can think of so choose your favorite.

Beach Club Wraps Ingredients

- Large Tortillas
- Scallion Cream Cheese, room temperature
- Bacon Bits
- Deli Turkey, sliced thin
- American Cheese
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced thin
Instructions
First, lay the tortilla down onto a cutting board.

Then, spread a thin layer of scallion cream cheese down onto the surface.

Now, sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese.

Next, lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of the tortilla.

Then, add the sliced American cheese onto the top of the turkey.

Now, evenly lay out some shredded lettuce.

Next, top it with the sliced tomato.

Then, jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed.

Now, cover the wrap in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours.

Next, using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels.

Finally, serve cold and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Tortillas
- ½ Cup Bacon Bits (divided)
- ½ Cup Scallion Cream Cheese
- 8 Slices Deli Turkey
- 4 Slices American Cheese
- ½ Cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Large Tomatoes, sliced thin
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas down onto a cutting board.
- Spread 3-4 Tbs of scallion cream cheese down onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese.
- Lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of each of the tortillas and top them with the American cheese
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
- Jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed.
- Cover the wrap in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels. Serve cold and enjoy.
