Beach club wraps are the lunch thatās guaranteed to be made over and over again this summer. Everyone loves a good club sandwich and this little play on them is truly no exception.Theyāre refreshing and filling without being too heavy. The perfect combination to enjoy under the sun.
The scallion cream cheese here adds lots of flavor plus it acts like a binder to keep these sandwiches sealed. I personally love how the lettuce and tomato give it a fresh little crunch that really hits the spot on a hot day. Take these to any pool day, beach vacation or picnic and youāve got a crowd pleasing lunch or snack that everyone is going to love.

- Large Tortillas- The base of the sandwiches that hold it all together.
- Scallion Cream Cheese- Acts as a binder and holds everything together.
- Bacon Bits- Adds a salty and savory crunch.
- Deli Turkey Slices- The lean protein that make these perfect for the summer.
- American Cheese- Adds creaminess to the wrap.
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce- Brings a refreshing crunch.
- Tomato- Adds a refreshing slightly acidic element to the wrap.
Instructions
First, lay the tortilla down onto a cutting board and spread a thin layer of scallion cream cheese down onto the surface. Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese and lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of the tortilla. Add the sliced American cheese onto the top of the turkey. Evenly lay out some shredded lettuce and top it with the sliced tomato.
PRO TIP: Make sure to spread the cream all the way to the ends so the wrap can seal shut.
PRO TIP: Get the cold cuts sliced thin to easily roll the wrap up.

Now, jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed. Cover it in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels and enjoy.
NOTE: Place the wrap in the fridge to set. This way, it will bind and stay shut when serving.

Can I Use A Different Cream Cheese?
Yes, you absolutely can. Vegetable, garlic and herb or jalapeno for some kick would all be wonderful choices.
Can I Use Any Tortillas?
For sure. I used plain tortillas here but whole wheat or low carb would be great options. Spinach or sun dried tomato wraps are all delicious, too.
Does Any Kind Of Turkey Work?
Yes, any kind of turkey deli meat would be great to use for this. Try oven roasted, smoked, honey, maple, pepper or whatever kind you can think of. Choose your favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Tortillas
- ½ Cup Bacon Bits (divided)
- ½ Cup Scallion Cream Cheese
- 8 Slices Deli Turkey
- 4 Slices American Cheese
- ½ Cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Large Tomatoes, sliced thin
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas down onto a cutting board and spread 3-4 Tbs of scallion cream cheese down onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese.
- Lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of each of the tortillas and top them with the American cheese
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
- Jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed.
- Cover it in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels. Serve cold and enjoy.
