This crockpot Thanksgiving dinner is an awesome way to get all the flavors you love about the traditional holiday dinner all year around.

I can’t think of a better reason to whip out the old crock pot. What a huge time saver they can be.
Not to mention, they are about as low fuss and low effort as it gets. Just set it and forget it.
Now, that’s the completely opposite of what it takes to put together a full Thanksgiving dinner spread.

Hosting a holiday like that requires lots of time, effort and overall energy. It’s absolutely worth it but I’m still glad we only have to do it once a year.
I do crave that meal through the year though and this is a wonderful way to recreate it.

Obviously it’s not exactly the same but it sure does hit all the major marks. Especially served over some Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes.
My family really enjoys this recipe. It’s a fantastic meal to just pop into the crockpot and go about your day.

They love coming home the house smelling like Thanksgiving on a day that’s not a holiday.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Crockpot Thanksgiving Dinner Variations
I like this crockpot recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Stovetop- Any flavor of Stovetop stuffing would be great here. The Savory Herbs and Cornbread flavors are my top choices.
- Soup- Any “cream of” flavor would be ok to use here. You can even use one cream of chicken and choose another flavor and mix them if you want.
- Meat- Any kind of boneless chicken or turkey can be used.
- Vegetables- A bag of frozen mixed vegetables are ok to use instead of the green beans.
