Turkey Tetrazzini
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
Turkey tetrazzini is one of my all time favorite comfort food meals.

Growing up, we used to eat this for the days following Thanksgiving when we had lots and lots of turkey leftovers.
My Mother would make this for my siblings and I and we absolutely loved it.
This is the perfect recipe to make with leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

It’s creamy, cheesy and super filling. All the very best things that you’d want from a comfort food meal.
This is a super easy recipe to put together, too, and requires very little effort. I also love that it can be on the table and ready to eat in 30 minutes.

My family loves when I make this just as much as I used to when I was a kid. I actually think they prefer eating this over the actual turkey dinner itself.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Turkey Tetrazzini Variations
I like this recipe for turkey tetrazzini made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Pasta- I do preference spaghetti, but any cooked pasta would do here. Even egg noodles would be great.
- Soup- Two Cream of Chicken or combining one Cream of Chicken and one cream of mushroom soup would be delicious.
- Turkey- Cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken is a great substitution for turkey.
- Ad Ins- Add any sautéed vegetable like mushrooms, peas and carrots or broccoli for added flavor and texture here.
