What should I serve with this?
This creamy garlic parmesan pasta can be served all on its own as a meal.

If you’d like to add a little something extra to beef it up a bit I have some great suggestions that would be perfect with this.
- Easy cheesy garlic bread
- Homemade classic garlic bread
- The BEST chicken cutlets
- Classic Italian meatballs
- Roasted garlic Parmesan broccoli
- Roasted Brussels sprouts

Add a nice house salad and you’re all set!
What pasta should I use?
I always like to say that the choice is yours when it comes to stuff like this.
But if you need some direction I used rigatoni here.

It’s a nice big tube like pasta that can really hold on to all of this creamy sauce.
Any tube pasta like this would be a good choice.

If you don’t have that on hand and want to use another pasta shape that’s fine too.
Use whatever you want. Pasta is pasta and it’s all going to taste amazing in the end.
What pasta water?
You may have seen past water in the ingredients and thought to yourself, “huh”?

Adding a little pasta water to your sauce is a great idea.
The water is salty and starchy so it helps to thicken and season the dish.

Just make sure to boil your pasta in salted water and save a little towards the end of the cooking process to add to the sauce.
