Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
These crispy baked chicken wings are so incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Air fryer chicken wings have become a favorite of mine around here.
I just love how easy they are to make and the wings really crispy up nicely.
The only problem with the air fryer is that it only works with small batches.

When I’m hosting a party or having people over to watch the big game, I need something that can make enough at one time for all of my guests.
That’s where these baked chicken wings come in. I never thought I’d find a recipe that would rival the air fryer but this is it!

These are so flavorful and nice and crispy all around. That’s because of the secret ingredient- baking powder.
The baking powder does something to the skin that comes to life in the oven and produces the best wings.

I love making chicken wings this way for a crowd. Everyone loves them and they’re always the first thing to go.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love them just as much as my family and I do.

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Variations
I like this recipe as it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- Instead of wings, this recipe works on chicken thighs and drumsticks, also. Just be sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165° when it’s done if you’re using a bigger piece of meat.
- Baking Powder- The baking powder helps get the wings super crispy. If you don’t have baking powder, a little corn starch will work, too.

I did not like the flavor. They were crispy though. Probably because of the baking powder

Trying this recipe today. I did not have chicken bouillon so used Kinder’s Roast chicken seasoning and left out salt.
