Easy Beer Cheese Variations
I like this recipe made just as it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Beer- Use a light beer like Bud Light for a more mild flavor or darker beer or a richer flavor.
- Spice- add some chopped jalapeños or cayenne pepper for a little kick.
- Consistency- if you like a thinner dip, add more liquid to it.
- Cheeses- play around with the cheeses here to create different flavors. Just be sure to shred the cheese yourself. It will melt much better that way.
- Dipping- This dip is great with pretzels, pigs in a blanket, and whatever else you can think of.
