Spinach And Cheese Maniccoti

This spinach and cheese manicotti recipe takes me right back to my childhood.

My Italian grandmother used to make these for every major holiday and family party since as far back as I can remember.
I used to be so exited for her to host Thanksgiving and Christmas just so I could eat these. They were my favorite thing in the world.

Now, when I’m in the mood for some good Italian comfort food, I always make these.
The recipe is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. My whole family, including my two picky kids, even love this one.

Pasta stuffed with a seasoned blend of cheese and spinach baked in a flavorful tomato sauce until hot and bubbly is something that very few people could turn down.

Another reason what this recipe is great for the holidays or any party. It’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
I hope you give this recipe a try. I know that if you do, you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Spinach And Cheese Manicotti Variations
I like this recipe for manicotti made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Pasta- use jumbo shells instead of manicotti if you’d like.
- Sauce- Any homemade tomato sauce recipe would be great here. If you need one, check mine out HERE. Jarred pasta sauce is absolutely okay to use, too. You could also use a Meat Sauce instead of tomato sauce if you’d prefer.
- Filling- Feel free to add more spinach or completely omit it if you’d like.
