Tiramisu Poke Cake Variations
I like this cake recipe made just reheated way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Cake Mix- French Vanilla Cake Mix can be substituted for white cake mix if needed.
- Coffee- 6oz of water mixed with espresso powder or cold brew coffee are both ok to use.
- Mascarpone- if you can’t find this kind of cheese, cream cheese will work, too.
- Topping- A light dusting of cocoa powder on top would be great instead of the chocolate bar shavings.

When you're recipe calls for "vanilla frosting", do you mean an American buttercream with vanilla flavor? Or something else? Thank you!
