Pesto Alfredo With Sun Dried Tomatoes
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
Pesto alfredo with sun dried tomatoes is a recipe that I’ve been making for years.

It first popped onto my radar when I saw it going viral on social media a few years ago.
Everyone seemed to be making it and giving it rave reviews, too. my interest was definitely peaked.

When i eventually tried it for myself, I finally got to see what all the fuss was about.
Wow, is this stuff good! The original recipe that I had seen called for jarred Alfredo sauce. So that’s how I decided to try it first.
It was very good, don’t get me wrong. But once I decided to make my own Alfredo sauce, it completely took it to the next level.

This became such a favorite at my house that I started serving it at family parties. ApEveryone who tried it loved it, instantly, too.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Pesto Alfredo With Sun Dried Tomatoes Variations
I like this pasta recipe made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Pasta- use any kind of pasta that you’d prefer.
- Alfredo- If you don’t want to make your own Alfredo sauce, jarred is fine. I personally like Raoes if you need a recommendation.
