Oven Baked Snow Crab Legs

These oven baked snow crab legs are packed with flavor and oh so easy to make.

I’m not sure what got into my seven year old son, but when I asked him what he wanted for his New Years Eve dinner he quickly replied, “crab legs!” Until this moment, I was completely unaware that he'd even tried crab legs to begin with.
I agreed and immediately sent my husband straight to the store to pick some up so they would be ready right on time for dinner.

The whole family wound up absolutely devouring them in no time. They were so incredibly delicious and dripping in perfectly seasoned butter.
Whenever I’ve make crab legs in the past, they’ve either been grilled or steamed.
This was such an easy way to prepare them and the crabs held on to much more of that buttery flavor.

We were all so impressed with how they turned out.
They all made me promise that preparing these crab legs will be our new family tradition for New Years Eve moving forward.

You don’t need to wait for a special occasion to enjoy them, though. These crab legs are delicious all year round.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love them just as much as my family and I do.

Oven Baked Snow Crab Legs Ingredients

- 2-4 Snow Crab Clusters, frozen
- Unsalted Butter, melted
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Paprika
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°
First, run the crab legs under cold water to thaw and scrub the shells clean.

Now, dry them and place them into a 9 x 13” baking dish.

Then, using a sharp knife, carefully make one or two punctures into each of the crab legs. This will allow the butter and seasoning to drizzle directly onto the crab.

Next, stir together the melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice and parsley and pour it evenly over the crab legs.

Then, cover the baking dish and place it into the oven for 25 minutes.

Finally, let the crabs cool slightly, carefully open the shells to remove the meat and use the remaining seasoned butter in the pan for dunking. Enjoy!
